Connections 9:30 AM-Room 121-124

This is a class of men and women of various ages and phases in life. We study a variety of topics in a casual, open discussion format. We just began a study of Mark by Max Lucado begin led by Sue Wallace. No book is required for the study, and we welcome visitors to join us anytime. We meet on Sunday mornings with participants arriving between 9:30 and 9:45. The class doesn't officially begin until 9:45.

Pathfinders 9:30 AM-Room 129-130

Celebrates 40 Years in 2013!
This Sunday School Class is a Bible study group. Historical, cultural, and spiritual aspects are explored. God’s involvement in Biblical events and His effect on Biblical individuals are studied. The Bible is our text, and its moral principles are applicable in today’s world. The present topic is the chronology of the Old Testament.

Aldersgate 9:30 AM-Room 120

This fall we will start a new LifeGuide Bible Study called FOUR GREAT LOVES by Judith Allen Shelly. We are called to four great loves: to love God, God’s Word, God’s people and God’s purpose in the world. It is both an awesome task and a glorious opportunity. God promises to equip us for it. These eight studies offer us tangible ways to love and serve the God who loves us perfectly and who longs for us to know him more intimately. Scripture will be from Old and New Testament. This is not a lecture class, I encourage all to participate and discuss the lesson. Most of the class has college age children or older.

The Free Radicals 10:45 AM-Room 119-125

This adult class meets downstairs in Keheley after the 9:30 service. Our group consists of varied ages and would appeal to anyone who enjoys lively discussion and Christian fellowship. We typically choose a study book by an author such as Max Lucado that has a biblical focus with contemporary applications that can be applied in our daily lives. Currently, there is no child care available after the 9:30 service, but parents of middle schooler's and older have access to Jesus and Java during this time period. The lead teacher is Don Marshall with various other class members assisting as needed. Contact Carol Haisten or Don Marshall for more information.

The Searchers 9:30 AM-Room 132-133

This class welcomes all age groups to study with us. We study books of the Bible as well as Bible topics. At present we are studying Paul's letter to the Galatians. Next we will probably do a short study on Grace using John Wesley's model, as well as other sources. We are discussing looking at parts of the Old Testament to study. We are a discussion class which allows us to ask questions, share opinions and learn from each other. We support various functions during the year at church and around the community with our donations and support each other during times of trouble. We laugh, we cry and generally have a very good time with each other. We are very close. A good place for new comers or returners to Sunday School to start. We welcome all with open arms. Contact Don Miller for more information.
