What would it be like to have perfect faith? Find out in Andy Stanley’s six session group study. The sessions will spark discussion about approaching each day with unshakable confidence; belief in God’s control; and trust in his purposes. Discover how God uses practical teaching, providential relationships, private disciplines, personal ministry and pivotal circumstances to grow your faith.

Please come join us on Sunday at 10:45 after the 9:30 praise service in room 119 downstairs in Keheley. Questions:  Call Carol Haisten at 770/926-6918.
 New Wednesday Night Bible Study

We can often find ourselves pulled in many different directions, competing for our time and energy. We also live in a culture which glorifies busyness and productivity. Spiritual disciplines such as taking an intentional sabbath, contemplative prayer, and discerning God in the everyday are vital in our life of faith.

Beginning Wednesday August 15 - Wednesday September 12, Rev. Beth will be leading a five week book study of Sacred Rhythms: Arranging Our Lives for Spiritual Transformation

Call the office at 770 926 3488 or send an email to

by August 3 to sign up.

"Listen and attend with the ear of your heart" - Benedict of Nursia

Have you ever thought about joining a small group but worried about fitting in?

Have you thought about taking a Bible study but  didn’t feel smart enough or didn't’ have the time?

Are you looking for a way to form relationships in the church?

Please join us on August 5th at 9:30 in Keheley room 138-141

for coffee and donuts to learn more.

In today's busy world, we're wired to appear "fine," warding off authenticity and shielding ourselves from judgment but we yearn for authentic relationships. Written for women, We Saved You A Seat is a 7-week study on friendship that unpacks seven practical ways to take Jesus up on His invitation to love other people by being the friend who makes the first move.

Our first study will be forming deep friendships according to scripture. The book is “We’ve Saved You a Seat” by Lisa Jo Baker:

Books can be purchased August 5th with the first class starting on August 12.

We hope to see you there.   Tricia Wilson, Melissa Hedrick and Lisa Springer
